the staff was very HELPFUL and polite. i found choices of restaurants nearby , a real plus. there is a bus stop right in front of the main door.
the hotel exterior looks slightly deteriorated , but the interior is still reasonable.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

The location was superb, as the bus stop was conveniently situated right outside. I found the beds comfortable, and the room had essential amenities. The staff was amazingly friendly, informative, and also spoke great English.
The room had all power points with red lights. This proved very distracting, particularly when trying to sleep at night.

The front desk staff was very nice and approachable . Check-in had clear instructions, so the process was smooth. Luggage storage was available, a very convenient service .

The hotel is close to bus stops, restaurants, and a pharmacy. A 7-Eleven is nearby for quick needs. Senado Square and the Ruins of St Paul's Church are within walking distance.

Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, replacing bath towels. Free breakfast was available . The hotel offered excellent Wi-Fi service near the front desk. It was very reliable.

Although I did not dine extensively, the hotel includes free breakfast. Many restaurants are located close to the hotel. These restaurants offer a wide variety of cuisine options.
